Developing, executing and managing customer visits and events.
Managing the staff of the Catawba guest house to ensure it is prepared and functioning for visiting customer groups.
Presenting Interface's sustainability practices and acting as a liaison to various external sustainability groups and customers.
Delivering product presentations and tours at Interface's Atlanta Showroom.
Manage and track visitor information through the Pulse CRM system.
Coordinate and communicate metrics to evaluate customer visits.
