Position Responsibilities Perform preventive maintenance on all equipment. (Forklifts, conveyors, building and other equipment.) Able to learn and use work order system. Schedule and maintain records of preventative maintenance on key machinery and equipment. Upkeep of the facilities. Required Competencies/Skills At least 3 to 5 years of maintenance experience and preferred in Distribution/Warehouse facility. Mechanical knowledge warehouse support equipment Compressors Gas Powered Forklifts Electric powered Forklifts Other equipment including Tape machine, stretch wrappers, and dunnage machines Welding and cutting. Trouble shooting Electrical Trouble shooting and repairing 480 Volt 3 phase controls Trouble shooting and repair low voltage controls system Trouble shooting and replacing 480 Volt 3 phase motors and drive units Other Facility Electrical needs Experience working on conveyor systems. Basic trouble shooting Allen Bradly PLC Repair and replacing power train components Rollers, pulleys, bearings, Chains, Belt drives Re-lace and replace conveyor belting Able to perform basic building maintenance such as painting, plumbing, and carpentry. General warehouse experience. Basic computer skills required. Must have a valid TX driver license and reliable transportation. Previous experience in fast pace environment. Able to life 50lb, bend, kneel, squat, stand and work in elevated heights. Job Purpose: This position is responsible for fitting, joining, fabricating and repair of weldable materials by applying appropriate fitting and welding techniques in accordance with product specifications, production schedule and code. Job Responsibility Summary: • Fit and weld steel components using GMAW and FCAW welding processes as specified by drawings, work orders, or verbal instructions. • Set-up, lay out work using jigs / fixtures or hand layout to fabricate and/or work orders • Read, understand, and follow job order specifications, engineering drawings and/or work orders • Read and interpret Blue prints, sketches, bill of materials, and welding symbols • Inspect and correct welds and layout as necessary to meet product specifications • Operate forklifts, hoists, hand and power tools, grinders, cutting/plasma torch, welding machine as related to job needs and requirements • Verify parts availability and specifications. Report any discrepancies to supervisor or lead • Clean and inspect equipment to maintain and keep good working order. Notify supervisor / lead of maintenance of any issues • Fill out log books and QMS logs as required • Follow all safety policies • Keep clean and orderly work areas. Package Machine Operator

Pacesetter Personnel is looking for reliable Package Machine Operators to join our team for work at a cement packaging plant. We need ambitious and hardworking people who do not mind working in hot or cold conditions and can work an entire 8-12 hour shift on his/her feet. Responsibilities: Operate machine(s) that fills and packages bags with product. Observe machine operations to ensure quality and conformity of filled or packaged products to standards. Monitor the production line, watching for problems such as pile ups, jams, and broken bags. Stock, sort and replenish packaging supplies such as bags, tape, and pallets. Inspect and remove defective products and packaging material. Count and record finished and rejected packaged items. Recapture escaped material and place in hopper for repackaging. Blending, filling, packaging, and stacking various types of bagged cement products. Shrink wrapping products to meet customer or company specifications. General housekeeping and sweeping operations. Sweeping in and around machines is performed by employees working in the plant. Packaging masonry cement in large bulk super sack packaging. Securing "ties" for closing bags and placing covers over super sack bagged product. Hoses are connected to trailer and silo for transporting the product to the silos with the material needed for blending, filling, and packaging product. Perform appropriate duties as assigned by management. Maintain a safe and clean work space. Follow established safety rules and regulations. What you Bring to the Team (Qualifications & Skills): Must be able to work a flexible schedule that includes evenings and weekends. Committed to quality and safety. Ability to lift 50 - 75 pounds and stand for 8-12 hour work shift. Must be able to pass pre-employment medical evaluation, PFT, and fit test for full face respirator. Must be clean shaven daily in order to wear respirator. Required PPE for position includes: full face respirator, hard hat, safety glasses, ear plugs, chemical resistant gloves, steel toe boots, chemical resistant apron.
