Our Seasonal Customer Service Specialists provide multi-channel support via chat, email and phone during the upcoming holiday season. Paid training classes for these seasonal positions start in August and extend through early November. The work schedule will require weekend work and overtime, especially early December. Create great customer experiences Process phone and chat orders and answer product inquiries Assist customers with order, account and website issues Maintain and grow knowledge of products, promotions, and sales techniques to increase customer satisfaction and sales.
